Pam engages in a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation, employment litigation, and insurance defense. Pam has extensive experience in litigating business torts and contractual disputes. She has also defended employers in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and breach of employment contracts. Pam has represented clients in all levels of state and federal courts throughout Kentucky, including handling appellate matters before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
