Angela practices in the areas of motor vehicle litigation, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, insurance defense, and insurance coverage matters. Angela’s litigation experience includes the successful defense of personal injury claims at trial and numerous summary judgment dismissals of suits prior to trial. Angela has represented clients in several state and federal courts throughout Kentucky. She has also successfully represented clients in appellate matters before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Beyond her extensive practice before the courts, Angela has represented clients in arbitration matters and in numerous mediations. Admitted Kentucky (including Federal District Courts in Kentucky) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
